As always, an outstanding service, I was amazed that through the initial phone conversation, they were able to identify the possible issue and Sam brought with him the right part. I was given a time frame and they showed up right on time. For the last 8 years or so, I only call JSN whenever I have an appliance issue, they are the absolute best vendor in this category. Keep up the great work JSN team.
