As always, an outstanding service, I was amazed that through the initial phone conversation, they were able to identify the possible issue and Sam brought with him the right part. I was given a time frame and they showed up right on time. For the last 8 years or so, I only call JSN whenever I have an appliance issue, they are the absolute best vendor in this category. An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called JSN Appliances Repair because we had issues with our washer and dryer. Sam was knowledgeable and courteous over the phone as well as when he showed up. He also accommodated us for the time we would want him to come on site. He explained to us how he will diagnose the problem and when he was done, he explained to us how we can take care of our washer and dryer so that they function optimally in the future. He is experienced, fair and enjoys his profession. I highly recommend him for others who, like us, need an honest and knowledgeable appliances services expert. I rate him a 10/10.
