Rio Stone is a wonderful company to work with. The team of Martin, Uri and Susan guided us in choosing the right color of quartz, sink and faucet for our kitchen. They were attentive, patient, and professional throughout. Did a remarkable job completing the work on time. We have received many compliments on our new quartz counter top. We also upgraded our powder room's counter top with marble. Again Martin and his team were very helpful. We highly recommend Rio Stone. They are the best.

I ordered quartz countertops from Rio stone and had the project completed within two weeks! Through no fault of the excellent crew, our countertops had a hairline crack. Uri stood behind his product and replaced the entire countertop!

We love our new granite. We chose New Venetian Gold and it was a great choice. Martin and Uri have been extremely accommodating, we needed extra granite due to some last minute changes.

I've done quite a few renovations to my home. I'm very cautious and do quite a bit of research before selecting a vendor/contractor for any type of work. I selected Rio Stone for their product, selection, price, but also for the people. Uri and I exchanged multiple phone calls/emails since I had a lot of questions. He was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. After selecting the stone, Uri worked with me on a price that was within my budget. The cost included the stone, undermount sink, faucet, and installation. He did everything possible to make sure that my wife and I were not only comfortable, but 100% satisfied with our decision.
On the day of the installation, Martin showed up with the installers to ensure everything went smoothly...and it did.
From my old laminate counters to what I have now is a night and day difference! It's now been a couple of months since the install and I'm still surprised how beautiful my kitchen is every time I walk in. I'm having them come back to do my main washroom vanity as well. I'd strongly recommend Rio Stone to anyone.

Sue was a pleasure to work with at the sales office, she was able to answer all of our questions and made sure we didn't overlook anything on our order. Unfortunately we selected a very difficult stone to work with, but Martin and the installation crew made sure that everything was installed properly to our satisfaction.

After installation service has been good with prompt replies to our questions. My only complaint is that Martin promised to drop off a 'free' cutting board from our material off-cuts that never materialized.

I’ve hired RioStone to do my kitchen countertops and from the very beginning I’ve had a great customer experience. I wish RioStone could offer more services. I absolutely love my new countertops – I can see a lot of work put into the double edging, which is perfectly aligned so that one cannot see transitions. The pieces are huge, whole, without a singe scratch and irresistibly beautiful. Moreover, the installers were friendly and meticulous, understanding how expensive the product is and hence, the care it demands. Overall, I think RioStone offers a great value proposition – superior quality, highly competent stuff, customer service orientation and all these at a very friendly price!
