I chose Rio Stone for my kitchen countertop project and I am extremely happy with how the entire process went, and with the results. Martin understood my “vision” and helped me pick the best material for the countertop style that I wanted. He came over many times with various colour samples until we found the “perfect” one. It looks AMAZING, I could not be happier. I would strongly recommend Rio Stone, their customer service and craftsmanship is extraordinary, and their prices are competitive. I will not hesitate to use them again for my other countertop projects

I was looking for someone to provide service for me. I need new counter top. I found many companies over the Internet but seems like no one was serious enough to respond for me message. Rio Stone respond for my e-mail in the next hour. I got lots of quotes for what I needed but the best price and waiting time was Rio Stone.My counter is done now. This was a very big project for me, and I did my homework before selecting a company to do my Granite in my home.
I obtained 7 quotes for the Kitchen and powder room granite and Rio Stone was one of the most reasonably priced, but what sold me was the sense of comfort I got from them. I recently had a new granite countertop , sink, and tap installed in my kitchen. I had several quotes before discovering RioStone, which I found was the most reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful starting with Sue (in the showroom) who showed me samples and gave me some ideas for colours and materials. Martin came to my home and negotiated a fair price. He was friendly and helpful. He was also very prompt about getting back to me when I had any questions. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation team were reliable and efficient. They showed up on time and worked hard to complete the project on schedule. They were very clean. They were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the wall or the backsplash. The new countertop looks beautiful. I am very happy with both the work and the product. I will be using this company to complete the vanities in my washrooms next.

This company was very professional and responsive to my needs as a customer. I contracted them to replace my kitchen counter and they popped by my house numerous times to get me just the right samples. The measuring guy was very efficient, pleasant and polite, as were the installers. In the end I got exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner. This family company was a pleasure to do business with and I will use them again for my bathroom counters.

I have a small kitchen I was renovating and I hired Rio Stone to replace my counter with a granite counter top. Everyone was extremely professional from the owner, Sue at the office, to the gentleman hired to do the laser measurements and the two gentlemen that did the installation. The two gentlemen that installed the kitchen counter not only did a great job, they also cleaned up the area they had worked in.....definitely not something you see very often. I also had them come back to install a small counter top on my powder room vanity. I also found their prices very competitvie and I would definiitely recommend Rio Stone.
