The service and time spent with me on this project was excellent and they were even ahead of schedule with my delivery and installation. The workmanship was also great along with the attention to detail.

From the first time I went to Rio Stone and met Uri I felt a sense of security and the feeling we could trust them. Martin and Gil were a few times in our house helping us with suggestions for the shape, size, and making the template of the countertop.

Our experience with Rio Stone was lovely from start to finish. We visited the showroom and met with Sue who patiently helped us in our decision making, provided a quote and started our project. Gil came out to take measurements and did a professional and thorough job, helping to ensure our counters would be cut perfectly. We visited there showroom and Martine was great, we wanted a higher end product but budget was a issue. They knew the look I wanted and directed us to a company that had Quartz in the colour and style in keeping with our budget . It was installed by amazing talented excellent experienced tradesman who made adjustments. Martine came and supervised the install as well ! Super clean and tidy as well. I love my counters! Rio stone also suggested a place to get our back splash tiles, again keeping budget top of mind. We also brought our new square sinks from them as well. Also the timing went seamless we were a bit rushed and Martine kept his word on everything that was discussed and promised.

We could have saved money buying similar counters elsewhere, or paid more for the same elsewhere, but opted for this Caesarstone through Rio Stone. There was a snag after the delivery and they came and took care of it asap, it took 15 minutes on a sunday!
We highly recommend Rio Stone. And would use them again.

Rio stone staff provided me with excellent customer service from the beginning. Sue was instrumental with showing me the various options and price points. She was extremely helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to my numerous telephone calls and emails.

Martin was amazing. He accompanied me to a several grantic places in order for me to find the perfect grantic. During our time together, Martin's focus was on educating me about different grantic.. As well he ensure I stayed within my budget. Martin and Sue continually checked in with me to see how my kitchen reno was coming along in order to schedule for the grantic template.

Gil completed the measurements for my grantic template. He was amazing!!! Gil spoke to me about what he was doing and why. He spoke to me about various options for my island. When he realized I was not fully understanding he drew pictures for me.

Lastly Mak installed the grantic. Speechless. ..he was very professional. His workmanship unbelieveable. I Love my kitchen.
