Rio Stone

Rio stone did a great job with our countertop. we had our renovations last year. We like how you cant see the lines when pieces are glued together. we love how it looks like one big piece. Only downside was the timing and schedule of the delivery. We kept being promise it will be ready tomorrow, then tomorrow and tomorrow after that. We would have preferred if we were told it will be ready in a week or something like that instead. They were able to compensate me with the inconvenience, so that was good. I would still recommend Rio Stone since they did a great job. Installation was really quick as well.

From my first email to Sue at Rio Stone the process for getting Caesarstone countertops installed was seamless. Martin and Sue answered all my questions by phone and email and kept me updated on the progress and timelines. The cut was perfect and the countertop looks amazing. On time and on schedule. Would highly recommend this company.

The folks at Rio Stone were friendly and helpful throughout the process of selecting the material for our new countertop and explaining the options. The workmanship was excellent. The installation was great and Martin called to follow up and offered to resolve any concerns. There were no issues but the offer meant a lot. They are a great company and a great staff.

We renovated our kitchen and also needed counter tops for two bathrooms. They had a great product at a reasonable cost. The installers did an awesome job, we were very happy with the product, the service, and the price.

Me and my wife did a lot of research and got a lot of different quotes before we chose to go with Martin and Rio Stone.
We went to their show room a few times, we spoke to them over the phone and emailed a lot, even after work hours.
We felt like we were making the right choice.
The price was very competitive and the end result is amazing.

We also went to the quartz supplier before we bought it to see how it's going to look.

Me and my wife are not the easiest people to deal with and they handled us pretty well.

They also saved the left overs for us for a few months and we then used them to make new countertop for a couple of bathroom vanities in the house too.
The kitchen counter space was fairly large mainly because we extended the original kitchen so we needed a couple of slabs so we had enough left over for the vanities.

Rio Stone's people are very professional, we couldn't be happier about the way it looks.

We contracted RioStone to replace our kitchen countertop with a new quartz finish. The work itself was excellent - they did a fantastic job and we were really happy with the finished product and the quality of the work. This wasn't an especially easy project considering our kitchen layout and we were very hesitant but they really exceeded our expectations on the work and we were very happy. - it looked amazing. They also took the time to follow up with us post-project to check we were happy. The consultation was also good and they worked with us to find a stone we were happy with and that matched our decor. We took their advice on selections and they clearly know their stuff as it looked great.

Knocking down a few stars as we really had some communication issues prior to the installation - we asked repeatedly for timelines and the ability to make plans as we were not at the property and required someone on our behalf to be there for the installation process. We were given really short notice (e.g. told on Monday at 2:30pm that the installation we had scheduled for the next day wouldn't be possible as the counter top wasn't ready). Ordinarily this wouldn't be a big deal but they knew we were working 'remotely' and it made things difficult for us to plan and ensure someone was available as it was all quite last minute, despite us repeatedly asking for times and a firm date. This is NOT a criticism of either Jackie or Sue, who are both great and very professional and I think really did the best with the information they had at hand.

All in all you really can't fault the work so I would highly recommend.

I had a complete renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms. I decided to use Rio-Stone as their pricing and choice of material and options were just what I was looking for. The measurement and installation went smoothly. Decided to go with the latest CeasarStone. I'm thrilled with the result.

I believe in supporting local businesses but when we called our local counter place, we were treated poorly to say the least and when we started reading their reviews they were all bad, but one mentioned Rio Stone, so I called and talked to Sue who was very helpful and quoted me a price that was $1000 cheaper. They could do the job in a week, so we went to the store and met her and Martin. I was thinking about doing a bullnose on the edge and he suggest not to and am I every glad I did. The job looks gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. The whole process with Gil the templater to the install team was perfect, but I would like to take my hat off to the guys who never get seen or heard from and that's the fabricators who make the job look so good. Thank you all so much. If you live in the GTA and need counters then don't go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed.

I enjoyed dealing with Martin, who was very attentive and helped us throughout the entire process. Always available by phone to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase granite counter tops for their home or business.
