Bridge Fireplace No Longer In Business

Bridge Fireplace are to be commended for great sales staff (Brandon); and installers (Mike & Rich) were extremely knowledgeable, proficient and left my home as clean as it was when they came in. Extremely satisifed with product!!!

The service I received from Bridge Fireplace was excellent. I bought the Delano Contemporary gas fireplace - the quality of the fireplace is outstanding. I highly recommend this Company and it's products.

We have done a major renovation on our home, which means we have had dealings with many different trades people. One thing I would like to impress upon is the service and care we got from Bridge Fireplace. The amazing service started right away when both workers took off their shoes to enter our home, it wasn't a request from me, it was just second nature to them, and it didn't stop there. I was never left in the dark with any questions. Anything that needed to be done was discussed prior to installation, and in terms I could easily understand. When the job was completed, everything was put away and cleaned up to the point that the only way I knew someone had been there was to gaze upon an amazing fireplace.

am a contractor who has used Bridge Fireplace many times. The last time was for a customer who had 2 wood burning, pick what they wanted and then we had them installed. They are a local company that has been in business for a long time. I always refer my customers to go there.

This company is in my town so I stopped by and met Brandon. The information, the estimate the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. I hired them to replace an old gas fireplace that was floor level. The new model was raised approximately 2 feet above the floor.
They did the work quickly and had it vented through the roof rather than through the side. It was a little more work but they did it expertly. They are skilled workers and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an old gas fireplace, with an open flame, which I had them remove and replace with a new more modern looking gas fireplace. It was a smooth installation although the delivery took a couple of weeks longer than anticipated. The workers were respectful of my hardwood floors, and cleaned well. They spent time showing me how to use the remote control afterward.

I had an old electric fireplace that I wanted to replace with something newer. The opening in the mantle was fairly large and it took some time to find one that fit and even then they had to do some work with it. It surpasses what was there by far. It is beautiful looking. For some reason it is making a noise that needs attention, I just started to use it now that the weather is cooler, so I need to have them come by and look at it. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors in the condo building.

The cost for the Regency fireplace and installation was reasonably negotiated. The customer service was reasonable, however, there were some concerns with scheduling commitments. The quality of the work was decent. I must say that

We had two Regency fireplaces put into our home which replaced old outdates ones. They look fabulous. Gayle at Bridge was very knowledgeable and personable. The installers were very good and we have nothing but praise for this company.
