Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

A shut out to Chris and his crew for the great work done in installing our AC splitter in a difficult setup. I had many concerns and worries about possible disruption and breaking walls to get all power wiring and all installed. His people came in and they did a great job, spending extra time to find the best least disruptive way and all was completed quickly and all very nicely tided up.

Chris was extremely helpful, kind & explained everything very clearly. Gave me some background info on the family owned business. Price was very good. Installer (Drew) showed up on time & completed the job within the timeline he said. Went over what he did & showed me the work he completed. Would definitely refer this company & use them again if need be in the future.

Drew did an AWESOME job single handedly. He happened to be down a person unexpectedly. However he didn't spare on the quality of the install. Very personable and easy to work with, also took the extra time to make sure he got the job done right for us. We're extremely happy!

I am very happy with the service i recieved from Convertible Heating and Air. Right from the beginning when I spoke with Chris. He was friendly and professionally. Gave me several option to choose from. When Adam came out to check out the job. He was helpful and gave me options on where to place the new vent. I had a couple companies to come out and give me estimates. I choose Convertible because of way they handle it from beginning to end.

Great Job! The service guys arrived on time and completed what turned out to be a challenging (tight space) tankless water heater install in good time - approximately 6 hours. They were very courteous and informative. The entire process from the initial meeting with Marnie, to scheduling and completion was easy and painless. I would highly recommend Convertible.

We had purchased a Goodman furnace from Marnie at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning back in 2007 and was still working fine , but because my rental Water Heater was on it's last legs after 16 years , I decided to inquire about purchasing one from Marnie.
It was a pleasure speaking to her again , and I was amazed that she remembered me when I told her my name.
She was pleasant , professional , and knowledgeable and after a short conversation I decided to not only ask for a quote on the water heater , but the furnace as well....I opted for another Goodman furnace as well as the 50 gal. water heater
I received the quote the next day , and didn't have to think very long before agreeing on both , and booked an installation date.

The install was done by a gentleman named Rick and his helper.... they
did a wonderful job on both installations , and cleaned up nicely at the end.
I would recommend Marnie and Convertible Heating for any heating /air conditioning/water heater purchases & service.
