Michael at Lighthouse Inspections was fantastic. We hired him to do an inspection on a townhouse that was purchased. As this was my first home purchase, I had no idea what to expect but Michael was patient and took the time to walk me through each step. The in depth and detailed report was sent to me the same evening and we were able to have a detailed conversation the next day so he could walk me through the findings. Michael was able to offer suggestions on how to deal with the issues discovered (ie for the possible mould, he suggested asking for pictures of the area and receipts from contractors to ensure the work was completed by professionals).
