Mike conducted our home inspection on a new property we purchased in Hamilton; as an older house, we were worried about any hidden costs. Mike was absolutely amazing and thorough, and found a few things that we were able to get fixed before moving in. In addition, Mike gave us suggestions on a few things he would suggest to make the place even better.

The building inspection performed by David and Micheal was done very well and my family and I are satisfied with the in-depth detail about the different components in our home. David and Micheal performed the inspection with no rush, inspected both the exterior and interior of the home thoroughly, and provided important advice during the process. My family and I are new home buyers and by having David and Micheal there to guide us through, was very important to us to learn more about our new home. After the inspection was completed we received a digital copy of the full report which broke down every area they inspected along with their comments, recommendations, and diagrams that were easy to understand. I came to Michael with an unusual request for an inspection - I have a house in need of a lot of work, and needed someone to give me a to-do list and help me plan how to break all the work down into separate stages so I do each project as I can afford it. Michael was wonderful, patient, and answered a million questions knowledgeably throughout each stage of the inspection.

This was a million times better than the inspection I had done when I first bought the house 10 years ago, and not only did he give me the inspection report, but his advice was invaluable in helping me figure out what needed to get done now, what can wait, and how I could best budget everything on my wishlist.

As with our first home inspection, Mike went above and beyond with our second home inspection. Especially because our new house much further away than his usual work area. Mike was thorough and we got the chance to walk around the whole house with him as he did the inspections. As he worked, he explained everything to us along the way. The house came with a pre-inspection by the seller but we opted to use Mike anyway. We are glad we did because he found things that the seller's pre-inspection did not find.
