Knowledgeable, patient and fantastic advice!
I came to Michael with an unusual request for an inspection - I have a house in need of a lot of work, and needed someone to give me a to-do list and help me plan how to break all the work down into separate stages so I do each project as I can afford it. Michael was wonderful, patient, and answered a million questions knowledgeably throughout each stage of the inspection. This was a million times better than the inspection I had done when I first bought the house 10 years ago, and not only did he give me the inspection report, but his advice was invaluable in helping me figure out what needed to get done now, what can wait, and how I could best budget everything on my wishlist. I am definitely hanging onto his business card and will refer him to any of my friends and colleagues when they are buying a home.
