I had an aging roof that needed urgent repair before the winter. I got 3 quotes: one from a door to door canvasser, another from a roofing company with a really good sales experience (I had a 1hr sales Zoom with them and learned all about roofing), and Quality Home Roofing. The door to door canvasser had no reviews or qualifications and was offering an inferior service (no underlayment, drip guards, and other things) for an under the table payment. The 2nd company offered the works, but at a really high price tag. Quality Home Roofing came in and offered the works: underlayment, drip guards, new (and more) vents, new flashing, and good quality asphalt shingle for a really fair price. I was given a manufacturer and labour warranty. When a strong wind storm blew a few shingles off during the winter month, they came back and replaced it. I'm really satisfied with Yuriy and the team at Quality Home Roofing and would highly recommend them.

Michael from Lighthouse really helped us out when we needed a short notice home inspection on a property we were interested in. I think he actually enjoys educating people, which is exactly what we needed. Within hours of the inspection we got caught up in a bidding war and were able to make an informed and strong offer.
