Inspector Michael’s inspection was done in a very professional manner and he was efficient and patient. Every inspected area was described in detail in a digital report. At the end of inspection, Michael would review the inspected areas and explain in detail.

I am very pleased with Michael’s inspection. I had hired him twice and already referred him to a friend. My friend was very impressed with how detail the digital report showed. The cost of inspection may seems high but it is well worth it if you want a good inspector to do a proper detail inspection.

The House almost got a clean bill of health EXCEPT.
7 years ago we replaced our roof and the roofing contractor attached our flang wrong.
Our gas fireplace chimney became unattached and for 7 years our fire place was putting smoke straight into our attic. Our fire place had charred the ceiling of the attic and put fumes in our attic for 5 years.

The subsequent repair didn’t cost much but Lighthouse Inspections might have saved our house or our life.
