Michael Tita has been in the business for ~15 years and is a very professional home inspector. He arrived punctually and gave us a rundown of the inspection. He always took his time to answer your questions in detail. He thoroughly checked everything including thermal scans in each room then provided us with a comprehensive electronic report afterwards.
