Chris installed our Trane XR16 three years ago. The unit decided to stop working in the middle of this years' heat wave. After a recharge of refrigerant, we discovered that there was a major leak. Chris's preference was to simply replace the whole unit given how young it is but the Trane distributor here in Calgary refused to stand behind their product and insisted on only adhering to the warranty terms, which included Chris charging us for his time to repair. Being the kind of guy he is, he didn't and promptly went out to buy two portable units so we wouldn't be without AC during the hottest period of the summer. The only reason he had to do this was because the Trane distributor didn't have any parts and it took over two weeks to get them from the US. We can't thank Chris enough for what he did for us and the way he stood behind the product he had installed, unlike the manufacturer. If you need a quality, honest and professional company to deal with, Williams HVAC is simply the best. As for Trane products, we'll never use them again and there's a good reason why Williams HVAC doesn't either!

Was recommended Williams by a family member, and got them to quote after getting 3 quotes from other HVAC companies. The other companies were just fine and their pricing was good, but Don took the time to really go over the details, doing a load calculation for the house (only 1 other company did this essential calculation) and offered a great product at a great price. The warranty on the Daiken unit they recommended was better than the warranty on the units the others were quoting, and I didn't need to buy and extended warranty. Their installation warranty was better too.
They came in on the scheduled day, put it in quickly and carefully, doing a very clean and neat job. Walked through the operation and info about the A/C unit, took away the old unit and parts and cleaned up before they left.
Very professional job.
Came back a week later to check operation and see that everything was working properly, adjusted the unit a little to make it quieter which was much appreciated. (It was already a very quiet unit)

Great work by the Williams team! Jason and Brandon did a great install of both a new Daikin furnace and central AC unit. Don also presented a very competitive offer that included several value-added services. Administrative support by Jenny was also very personable and accommodating. I was also very impressed with Williams 12-year labour and workmanship warranty. While Daikin is still relatively new to our North American markets, the company is a dominant global firm in the industry. The additional warranties (both hardware and labour) help offset any concerns. Would highly recommend Williams HVAC to others. Note: very pleased with the HomeStars platform. From this, we selected contractors with very high ratings and had five of them present quotes (2 Lennox, 2 Trane, and 1 Daikin). Most were competitive; the overall package (product, price, service, warranties) offered by Williams topped them all.

We thought our 20-year old air conditioner wasn't working. In one of the very hottest weeks of the year, Chris came out and checked our furnace and our air conditioner. After spending at least an hour at our house, he discovered that our thermostat wasn't transmitting information to the furnace blower because the thermostat cover wasn't tightly shut. Although we will eventually have to replace a/c unit and furnaces, we were not pressured to do so today. Fabulous service from an amazing and honest company.

Williams gave us a quote and promised next day install - not bad during a heat wave. Over night Williams had a truck stol3n. Rather than cancel, they loaded up a rental truck from Enterprise, showed up the next morning and did the job as promised. Gotta hand it to these guys, nothing slows them down. Neat install, decent price and we have a nice cool place for Stampede. Thanks Williams!

Our A/C Unit stopped working recently and the guys at Williams attended and quickly determined the problem. Chris was upfront and candid in that the unit (which was 9 years old) could be repaired on warranty but the problem would likely persist. Came over within a day or 2 to give a quote on a new system and walk me through the various options including the benefits and unlike other retailers, the most expensive option was not the best option. After agreeing with the product they scheduled us in for the installation.

The installation team was courteous, professional, tidy and took the time to do an excellent job. I received a full explanation of all the work done along with maintenance and care instructions. When complete, the total invoiced price was exactly the same as the quoted price.

The A/C is working great and I was exceptionally happy with Williams from start to finish. I will certainly use Williams again and they are an easy recommendation to others for HVAC services. Exceptional in all respect from start to finish.

Had both the furnace and air conditioner replaced. From the sales process to the installation everyone was very helpful and accommodating (especially when I had to move the installation date).

Everything that was done was clearly explained and there were no surprises.

The team who did the installation were friendly, professional and kept everything tidy and clean.

Big thanks to Chris from Williams HVAC.squeezed us in on a busy day and was on time, fixed the problem, and took the time to educate me about the problem. Friendly, helpful, tidy, and priced very reasonably. Easy to recommend him to anyone. Will use again for sure.

My furnace motor was making louder noise. I contacted Williams HVAC for the job. Chris Williams came and discussed the issue. He was very courteous. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and the humidifier and explained that the motor and humidifier needed replacement. Two days later, he sent his brother to replace the motor and the humidifier. His brother came on the appointed time. He replaced the humidifier and the furnace motor. On testing, he found that the motor was drawing more current than its rated value. I asked him to replace the motor. The next day, Chris came himself and replaced the motor. The motor runs smoothly and makes much less noise the new humidifier is also working great. I liked their professionalism and work style. They clean the area after work so no mess!

Igniter in furnace popped, we lucked out and Chris was just finished a job so he was over within half an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part with him. He had it replaced in 15 minutes.
