Very happy to have hired Appliance Service Centre. My fridge wasn't cooling. They were on time and and worked efficiently. The assessment of my fridge was thorough and the problem was explained well to me. In our case, the fridge was out of warranty, and while they could have fixed the problem, the cost would have been more than buying a new one. They were honest enough to tell ne that up front, instead of doing the work and charging me an arm and a leg, and recommended it wouldn't be worth it for me. I feel like they were little looking out for me, and not just in it to squeeze money out of me for unnecessary work. I definitely trust them enough to hire them again and easily recommend them to others.

We had a fantastic experience with Matt and Ben. All trades were courteous, friendly, polite, professional and clean. Matt and Ben were very responsive to questions and concerns. Communication was prompt and helpful. The job was finished on time and on budget. No surprises, They were great at answering our questions, as well as offering suggestions and recommendations. We never felt like they were up-selling anything, and they were great at explaining why they were doing what they were doing, or why they were making certain suggestions. The actual work of the trades is excellent. Very high quality fit and finish. We would not hesitate to hire them again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work on their house. Their 10/10 rating is well deserved.
