Tough one to review. We have been dealing with these guys for 4 or 5 years now. If you get Mike you are going to have a solid 5 star job with zero complaints. If it's not Mike you are going to be sadly disappointed. Unfortunately even if you request Mike and they confirm Mike is on his way, some random absolute yahoo may turn up, race through your house like it's on fire and dash out the door leaving your place a wet smelly mess. That's what happened to us. Twice we requested Mike and had someone else turn up. The first time we sent him away. Later Mike turned up and it was an excellent job as always. The most recent time, our house was empty and the moving truck was on it's way so we didn't have the luxury of sending the guy packing. He zipped through our entire house in - I kid you not - 28 minutes. He cleaned over 100 square feet per minute. That is literally impossible. Worse yet, we were charged over $1000/hour for that "service". No. I refused to pay that bill. After an angry exchange with the office, they finally agreed to send out Mike. He spent the entire morning at our house, arriving just after 8am and leaving around 11:30. Perfect job as always. When it's a good job and great service I have no problem paying top dollar. But beware - you will be charged top dollar by these guys regardless of who they send or what kind of job they do.

I would like to start by reassuring you that all of our technicians receive the same level of training and provide equal quality service to all of our customers. some of our customers do prefer to deal with a specific technician and that is usually accommodated.
Unfortunately that specific time Mike was not available to service your address. The technician Aljohn was sent instead. Aljohn has been a technician with us for over 2 years delivering quality work with hundreds of satisfied customers. We only keep technicians that demonstrate the quality and service we would expect in our own homes. However, we have taken into account the timing and quality of this specific service call and have taken steps so this DOES NOT repeat.
