Optima installed a new patio door and we are very pleased with the door and the installation.
During the estimate interview (2 weeks before Christmas) it was implied that the work could possibly be completed in 2-3 weeks. Mid-January came and went without any communication from Optima. We contacted Optima in late January to agree on a February completion date (8 weeks after the estimate).
It was disappointing that Optima did not appear to have an order tracking system and that there was no follow-up from Optima over the 8 weeks.
Note: A change request was made in late December on the understanding that the factory had not already started building the door.
