I did residential inspections for local utility for over 30 years and LBP eating and AC are the FIRST I ever saw do a manifold pressure check and temperature rise as a matter of course.. !!

Leroy, is a very gentleman. He was able to troubleshoot the problem very quickly. Did not charge any money for his initial visit and was able to get back to me about the part and the price the day he's promised would call me back. His labour charge is very reasonable and his promise to deliver the service is excellent . I'll definitely give him referrals and would call him back in the future if need arises. God bless him.

My furnace died on a Friday night so I called Leroy the next morning. He came by within the hour and replaced the blower motor in the furnace and got it going again. When he was done, I mentioned to him that my humidifier might not be working – he checked it out and replaced the solenoid valve. Now the humidifier works too!

Hi all called Leroy this morning as I had no hot water. He fit me in at the end of the day and fixed me up with a new thermocouple. Works great . He was so fast ,he was done by the time I got my extension chord and work light together to help him see better by the water heater. This is my go to guy for any issues now , very happy to recommend

Leroy did a fantastic job installing our furnace humidifier! I called him on Friday night and he fit us in for an appointment on Saturday morning. He was courteous and provided fast and efficient service, and dispensed valuable tips on how to maintain our furnace year-round!

I hired LBP Heating and Air Conditioning to provide and install a new furnace.
On the day of the installation Leroy and Jimmy arrived at 9am as previously scheduled. They laid out protective mats in order to protect my floors and payed close attention in order not to scuff my wall while bringing the furnace downstairs. For the next 5 hours they worked diligently to install my new furnace. After the installation I realized that the furnace which was installed was not the right model. I quickly called Leroy to inform him of this. He was very apologetic and explained that his staff loaded the wrong one on the truck. He promised that he could rectify the situation expeditiously. He kept his promise and came within the next 3 business days to replace the furnace with the one I ordered at no extra cost!!
