contacted LBP from a google search for furnace and ac replacement. I explained this work was being done through Peel Renovates program. Leroy was willing to work with me on this program which involves a little more work on his part with payment process and inspection. He came and did quote within a couple of days. He explained the product and extended warranty but did not push to sell the extras. Once I got the approval I called Leroy and the install was done in 3 days. His install crew was right on time as well as very polite and professional. After the job was complete they cleaned up so that you wouldn't know they were there except for the new equipment.

When you call Leroy usually answers his phone unless he is busy in which case he returns your call right away. Any one looking for repairs or replacement I highly recommend you give LBP a call

My air conditioner stopped working. Called LBP (Leroy)- found through Homestars. Large companies never call back. Leroy called back/ showed up/ repaired. Never pushed selling a new air-conditioner. Great advice - best service. Definitely keeping this contact handy for future servicing!

Our central air conditioning system broke down over the weekend. I called Homeservice Club first thing Monday morning on a non-emergent basis. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Leroy at LBP Heating and Air Conditioning. Because I was going to be away from the house for most of the day, we made arrangements for Leroy to come to the house late in the afternoon. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the problem. He didn't push the idea of replacing the air conditioner even though it's an older unit. He gave professional advice about what we should do when the day comes that it no longer makes sense to maintain our air conditioner and furnace. Both units are long past their best-before dates.

I can highly recommend LBP Heating and Air Conditioning. When it's time to replace our existing heating and air conditioning system, LBP will be getting the work order.

Great service accurate diagnosis ...very fast and efficient. Leroy was very professional, and respectful. He even gave us tips to save energy. I would recommend LBP Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone.

I did do quite a bit of research & looked at many other companies BUT LBP really stood out, the Lead Tech/Owner Leroy seemed like a genuine honest man, as it reflex in his reviews.

Leroy gave me a fair market price on the unit and installation, plus a great warranty on parts and labour, when i called him several times and spoke, he was very patient and answered absolutely all my questions, there was no pressure at all.

Other companies, via just my email correspondence, where quite frankly border line rude, especially when i asked numerous questions, while some made grand promises & spoke of customer satisfaction (even though with these companies there background was weak - they were only in business for approx one or two years and really didnt have solid history/reviews that i could find to validate what they were telling me, just didnt feel comfortable going with them, knowing that without experience, how do i know they'll be around when if i need them), there was a couple of companies just were not accommodating to my schedule (unlike Leroy, who i mentioned i had a family a 5 with 3 little ones under 5, and we really needed AC soon, i told him my available dates and he was able to accommodate me).

One last thing, of all the companies that i canvassed with my phone number attached to my email, LBP was the only one that took the time to actually call me and speak with me.

So, after all that i went with LBP.

I had my unit installed recently & was very impressed with the entire experience, his technicians came over on time, they were very professional and polite, they very knowledgable techs, answered more questions i had as the job was being done and upon completion. Monitoring there progress I could tell they generally worked hard, and really appeared to care about the installation and had passion in there work.
Prior to them leaving I closely inspected the installation, Im not a technician but i could tell they did a very clean job, it just looks perfect.

One of the tech even took the time to register my unit and the coil on line with the manufacturer to insure my warranty was in place.

Finally before the tech's left, and even though Leroy dropped by several times during the installation he took the time to call me to let me know that LBP stands behind there work and product and not to hesitate if there is any future issues, concerns or question.

From my experience with LBP I highly recommend this company and rate them 10 out of 10. Im a very satisfied customer.

Even though Leroy was out of country he still answered his phone and made a plan with us for the next day. Within a few days we had a brand new central air system installed from scratch in our 1200 square foot home. Leroy even registered our new system for warranty purposes so we wouldn't have to. We waited to give a review until we had tried it out in the heat and humidity and it worked great. Our recent 30 plus temperatures with humidex reading near 40 were no match for Leroy. We would highly recommend LBP Heating and Air Conditioning.

I called Leroy about my non functioning central AC and he came within a couple of hours to diagnose it. After an honest discussion with him on the pros & cons of an expensive repair on an older model no longer under warranty vs buying a new unit with a 10 year warranty, I opted to purchase a new one. Leroy had it installed within a couple days later in reasonable time and with a smile. He and his assistants were pleasant and courteous, and my dog liked them too. I wholeheartedly recommend LBP Heating & AC for your AC needs.

I called Leroy and he promptly gave me a quote and appointment time. He came with two helpers and did the job and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased. Will definitely recommend Leroy to all

I called for a quote Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Leroy had provided a quote and by Tuesday at noon, he had installed a brand new AC unit. He even helped us register it for warranty. He was prompt, professional and personable. He's a keeper!

Got our gas stove disconnected the gas line moved and the stove reconnected. Fast service, no issues with the pipes or fittings. Will definitely contact Leroy again for future project or problems.
