Leroy provided professional and proficient service! Our furnace would not turn on around Christmas time. We utilized another furnace company and when we became unhappy with this inability to properly fix our furnace, we contacted Leroy. He arrived within hours and diagnosed the problem quickly! He was extremely friendly and explained to us what was going on and how he was going to fix it (our circuit board needed to be replaced). Swiftly, he contacted us the next day to have he had the part and was available at our earliest convenience to install. He had reasonable pricing and a professional demeanor. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again! Thanks again Leroy!

The full process took three hours, impeccable !!!
At 6:48 AM I decided to call LBP Heating & A/C… as my furnace broke down on me the night before. Leroy promptly called me back in half hour and informed me that he would be at my place shortly. Within no time Leroy and Jimmy were at my door step. Both Jimmy and Leroy were extremely polite, professional and diligent, and were able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Luckily for me, the part required was in stock, for my out of date furnace, as my only other alternative would have been to replace it all together. Less than an hour later Leroy and Jimmy returned with the brand new part and replaced it within minutes. Crisis everted.

Yesterday morning I woke up to a cold house and my furnace was shut off. I couldn't get the temperature to go up. I called my heating and cooling service provider that I pay $30.00 monthly for (NOT LBP) and the service tech informed me that my furnace has to be turned off since the heat exchanger is gone and reading excessive co levels. He then informed me that I would need a whole new furnace. He got some other guy to come to my house later that evening that convince me I needed a new furnace and to go on a monthly plan of $85.00 PLUS HST for 7 years but I would be getting so much for it. It was getting late and tomorrow being the day before Christmas eve made me panic so I signed up. Keep in mind I'm a single mom with 2 small kids and didnt want to be without heat for days given the holiday season. However once the sales tech left and I looked at my contract I realized that over 7 years if I want to buy out the furnace then the furnace is going to cost me closer to 10K, also adding another monthly bill that was close to $100.00(with the HST) was NOT appealing and I really do not have it, and in reading the finer print the company puts a lien on your house for having their rental furnace in your home! So first thing the next morning I got the information for Leroy of LBP Heating and he came to my house with his assistant Jimmy. They looked at my furnace and agreed that the Heat exchanger was no good but that it could be replace for $650.00 one time. Not $85.00 / month over 7 years!!! So I cancelled my furnace replacement with the other company and had LBP heating fix my furnace. Now I have heat again just in time for Christmas. While the other company wanted to act more like Scrooge or the Grinch of Christmas. Leroy and Jimmy acted more like my Santa Claus. They explained what was wrong and gave me a fair price. The other guys didn't even quote me a price to replace the heat exchanger they just told me that it is too expensive to replace and only makes sense to get a new unit. I decided to just cut all services with that company and just contact Leroy and Jimmy of LBP Heating because at least I know they will be fair, honest and reasonably price.

Furnace burners stop working, on a snowy night, Le Roy was amazing, he came right over and provided us with a working furnace .

We were very pleased with everything. We called at night and he was there within an hour. He was very polite and professinal (my wife could tell just from the phone he was a nice and polite person.) Rates were reasonable. He had the furnace working soon after he arrived . I will recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent job and service! Had a new gas stove installed, fast and efficient install and he made sure to give us tips with our first use of our gas stove. Cost included in my contractor cost.

Fireplace wouldn't start. Leroy assessed the problem within a few minutes. He was courteous, friendly and gave us an explanation as to why we couldn't get our fireplace to start. Thanks to Leroy, we will have a toasty warm family room.

Leroy was very kind to answer my phone call early morning and come by 9am same day as I lost heat and it was blowing cold air. He spent half of his day at my home but didn't charge me for that much. Fixed the problem and we will have heat for winter.
