Haven't used the fireplace in 16 years... Leroy came to clean it and to see if it still works... the cleaning job was amazing ..it looks brand new!!!! And works like a charm... he walked me though how to use it and even let me video the instructions

Today, on a 28 degree July day, our air conditioning broke. At 1:40pm, my husband put in a HomeStars request for a service technician to contact us. At 2:00pm, Leroy called us back. He let us know when he could arrive, he let us know how much a service call would cost, and he walked my husband through a couple of things he could do to try and fix the problem on his own, to attempt to save us the cost of a service call. By 2:20pm Leroy arrived, he was gone by 2:45pm, and now for a very reasonable amount of money, we have a functional air conditioner. We couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of service. There is a 100% chance we will be contacting him again should we happen to need his services in the future.

After my furnace broke down on the Easter weekend I called LBP and Leroy answered. He came to my place right away and replaced my furnace blower fan as it had seized. Not only that he got my gas fireplace up and running too. Very knowledgeable and an extremely honest man. I’ve had some horrible hvac experiences in the past with companies red tagging your equipment in the middle of winter just to sell you a furnace, but this was definitely not the case with Leroy. He even dissuaded me out of upgrading my AC equipment that was 20 years old as he mentioned the older equipment lasts much longer than anything new! Now that’s honesty. I’m going to recommend him to all my family and friends. Thanks Leroy you have a new lifelong customer.

Leroy knew exactly what he was doing, arrived on time, and got the job done quickly. I have to say it is very rare when someone actually arrives on time, and this was a real plus for me.

Nandra and Leroy were so professional and kind. We had no heat, and it was the end of the day, but Nandra had Leroy come anyway. He fixed the issue in minutes, and even gave me tips on lowering our heating bill, and carbon monoxide monitors.
Nandra even called the next day to check-in...and there was another problem...Leroy came to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service, we will never call anyone else for these services. Oh, and Leroy is funny too!

Seeing Leroy again was a happy reunion. Years ago, maybe as long as 15, Leroy was our go-to service guy whenever an appliance was acting up. Sadly, he no longer was available for this work as he transitioned to Heating and Air Conditioning. When he responded quickly to my HomeStars bid call to solve an issue with my natural gas fireplace, I recognized his voice and hired him on the spot.
Happy to say, he is as reliable and competent in his new role as he was before. My problem was diagnosed and fixed within minutes, all at a reasonable cost. You can't go wrong with this man.
