AFG Heating and Cooling

January woke up to a very cold house and furnace not on.
I left a message for AFG Heating & Cooling Services and got a call back very quickly with a confirmed service time slot. The technician arrived within time slot, and was very professional.
After diagnosing the issue, he explained what the problem and resolution were, confirmed the cost and fixed the furnace very quickly.
Very satisfied with this company and would use their services again.

We were in desperate need of getting our 17 year old furnace repaired, which failed during the coldest night. Fasi from AFG heating and cooling services came first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem to be a failed blower motor. He advised us to replace the unit rather than repairing it, due to its condition and age. We had them install a new one the same day and had heat by the evening. Couldn't be much happier with the service. These guys go that extra mile for their customers.

Fasi at AFG Heating & Cooling Services was responsive, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He provided thorough descriptions of the work he was undertaking and walked me through the technical matters related to the furnace maintenance and repair. He also attended to a water leak without additional cost. A week or so later, he called to ensure that the water leak had been fully repaired and hadn't returned. Exceptional service. Fair prices. Friendly and immediately responsive staff. I highly recommend AFG and will continue to use them.

Rafi was very professional and helpful in explaining the issues our boiler had and what the best course of action was to repair it. We would recommend Rafi and AFG for any boiler issues.

Fasi at AFG installed a new humidifier for us 3 weeks ago. It's been working great. Fasi was proficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again for any home heating and cooling work. HIghly recommended.

I really, really didn't want to replace my great, old gas furnace, and Direct Energy just wanted to sell me a new one - all my friends said to fix it instead of replace it because of their experiences - so Rafi, from AFG, FIXED IT! He had a machinist build a new blower assembly and put on a new motor and voila! Good as new! Thanks, so much, Rafi! You're the best!

Rafi was great. Quick, efficient and even was good about advising how to make my furnace more efficient so it will last longer. Would use again and obvioiusly have no problem recommending in the future.

I noticed that it was dry in the house so I suspected that humidifier needed servicing. At the same time figured to schedule a furnace maintenance call. Fasi at AFG came the next evening, conducted a thorough furnace exam and maintenance service, identified and fixed humidifier problem.

I'm very satisfied with AFG's services. I called Fosi for regular furnance maintenance, and he was easy to speak to and coordinate with. Fosi made an appt the very next day, and was very helpful and very knowledgeable! I've saved their number, I'll definitely use them again.

I came home to a freezing house and after checking the fuses and furnace knew there was a big problem. I called a few places but nobody was able to come until the next day, until I called AFG. Rafi let me know he could be there within 2 hours and would call when he was on his way. Within about 20 minutes he had called back to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes.

Rafi arrived and looked over everything in detail, realizing that the motor was dead. He explained how it was supposed to operate and what the problem was. Since the parts place was closed for the night, he said he would call me the next day to see if it was available.

The part wasn't available until the next day following, and Rafi showed up when he said and got everything working and the house heating up in no time. We also had a pump overflow due to a problem with a valve, which Rafi will be replacing for us soon.

I did have to follow up with Rafi over the phone a couple of times as he was quite busy with "no heat" calls during that time. That was fine though, as he was always prompt and professional.

I would definitely call AFG again in the future.
