Too start, your contract does not contain any guarantee of a delivery date. You were told this on multiple occasions by our office, your sales rep, and myself. Reality of this situation is, You received a very significant discount when you purchased the window, and are obviously forgeting this fact. Your claim that it was hard to reach us is absurd. You and I have talked on several occasions. I know for a fact that You have spoken to your sales rep on numerous occasions, both via phone and email. Our receptionist knows your voice when she picks up the phone, or listens to your messages, prior to you identifying yourself.
The fact is our organization does a very high volume of business, and people are not always able to answer your calls immediately, especially when you call multiple times within very short periods of time. We do however, respond as soon as time permits. As someone who has repeatedly bragged about doing "millions of dollars" of business, I would think you would understand this fact.
I also highly resent your claim that we do not appreciate or value our customers. Absolutely nothing could be farther from the truth, and we have many thousands of happy clients across Canada who would disagree with you.
At the end of it all Mr. Stewart, I think that your obvious attempt to shame us into giving you further discounts that you are not at all entitled to, to be quite simply pathetic.

Mr. Chen. The window in question did not fail due to a hardware issue as you claim. When our service technician inspected the window, it was very obvious that someone had intentionally torn the sash out of it's frame. You have been told this, not only by our service technician, but also by myself on many occasions. As far as your claim of an improper installation causing a locking mechanism to malfunction, after reasearching the service logs, I have found that our technician did inspect this as well during his visit, and that once again, it is not due to a botched install as you claim.
Our warranty does not cover very obvious abuse of our product. I ask you. If you purchased a television, took that television out to the parking lot, and intentionally ran it over with your car, do you believe that the company you purchased it from would replace it for free under warranty? This is, in effect what you are asking us to do.

Sir. First let me say thank you for your service. However, what you are claiming in your review is entirely false.
A/. We were unable to install your windows on Monday Oct 2nd as planned, due to weather conditions. Namely heavy rain, and gusting winds. Both of which, I sure you would agree, are safety hazards, especially when working outside with large, flat objects that essentially act like sails. You were informed of this, and you initially agreed to allow us to reschedule.
B/. We have attempted to contact you on numerous occasions. Our office has tried multiple times each day since Monday. In addition, I myself have left you three messages.
C/. As far as refunding your deposit, this will not happen. You ordered product that is custom built for your home. It is non-returnable. This is clearly stated on your contract. We cannot cancel this order, and you are liable for payment in full on this contract.
D/. As far as being rude to your girlfriend, If in fact this actually was the case, then you have my appologies. However, please understand that our representative tells a much different story.
In closing, I ask you to do the right thing, return our calls, and let us do what you initially contracted us to do.
