Giving them 1 star for prompt response to my inquiry and turning up on time. However from there it is all bad, will not use them again. In summary - they wanted to charge me $300 for a part I later found online for $37, and then when I called someone else to fix the fridge, there wasn't anything wrong with that part - it was something else. So I feel they are either incompetent, or were trying to fleece me for additional money, or both.
Fridge was not cooling properly, so I gave QuickFix a call. After 20 min of poking around the guy that came said that the start relay needed to be replaced... that would cost $300 and 4 business days wait. And then possibly the compressor would also need to be replaced, but they couldn't tell until after the start relay was replaced. $300 didn't sit well for a $400 fridge so I said I would think about it.
I did some research and found the start relay online for this model for $37!! I called QuickFix and challenged them.. and I just got a "genuine parts" response. The fridge is a cheap Wood's fridge made by GE... so I would be surprised if it had genuine parts.
I called another guy who knew straight away what the issue was - fixed it in 30 min. And he knew straight away it was not the start relay or the compressor. His labour and cost for a part (something to do with the fan) was the same as Quickfix's standard fee.
In hindsight... The fan was not working - I am kicking myself for not noticing (it is pretty obvious if the fan is not working when you open the freezer). QuickFix did not pick this up, which seems bizarre.
