I have just had my old water heater replaced with the new one and the entire experience is working with DeMark was exceptional. It’s very rare today to find a contractor that is efficient , responsive, knowledgeable , and takes responsibility for the work done. DeMark is all of these.
Right from the beginning, it took literally no more than 10 min to place the order over the phone. I sent a few pictures of the old tank gave a few details, booked the installation date. Done! No robots no picking answer options . I spoke to Victoria who was knowledge and helpful and it was the easiest thing I had to do as part of a larger renovation project.
Although the installation was difficult as my water tank is on the third floor of a townhouse, it was done quickly and professionally. Even though there were delays with the arrival time due to heavy traffic downtown Mike called me to let me know of the delays. I thought this was respectful and professional. It’s one of the few companies I dealt with lately that are highly committed to their customers and the quality of the experience they have with DrMark! Thank you for a great job! I have already recommended DrMark to two of my friends and will continue doing so. :)

Mikhail and his team are fantastic to work with. They installed my new tankless water tank quickly and professionally. They gave me a very fair deal, which was far better than what my previous tank supplier was willing to offer.

To be prepared for summer season my husband and I decided to change our old furnace for new one. We called Demark Home and asked what kind of service they provide, prices, ets. Sales person gave all the information regarding furnace and advised the best option for us (we have pretty big hous). After consultation we booked installation for the next day. Technician was extremely confident and professional! Furnace works perfectl, and we are ready for summer :) I would highly recommend this company! They do great job!!!!

Two key pints to recommend this company. First, They showed up fast and on time. Second, the cost was almost half of what Enbridge contracted quoted me for. This guys did a clean, professional, fast, and nice job.

I strongly recommend that you check them out before making any move to replace your water tank.

Very professional team. Demark home installed a new high efficiency furnace in our home last month. Within minutes of my submitting an online request for information/quotation, I received a call from Mike. I was very impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and efficient use of time. He asked me to send pictures of the tank that I needed to replace, so he was able to send me a quotation and we were able to complete our transaction and schedule installation for the very next day.
