this is a property that hasn't been cleaned in the past 7 years at least including a renovation. The crew was able to clean the air vents and ventilation, and furnace covering all three floors in less then 3 hours. They covered all surfaces, there was no dust or any debris or dirt, and also took a video to show me how much dirt was in the vents and that was all now cleaned . i am super happy with the team (Paul and Jamaiah) and their professionalism and knowledge. They also took some extra time to show me how the air con and the central humidifier works and answered other questions i had about the ventilation system. Definitely recommended!

I have just had my old water heater replaced with the new one and the entire experience is working with DeMark was exceptional. It’s very rare today to find a contractor that is efficient , responsive, knowledgeable , and takes responsibility for the work done. DeMark is all of these. Right from the beginning, it took literally no more than 10 min to place the order over the phone. I sent a few pictures of the old tank gave a few details, booked the installation date. Done! No robots no picking answer options . I spoke to Victoria who was knowledge and helpful and it was the easiest thing I had to do as part of a larger renovation project. Although the installation was difficult as my water tank is on the third floor of a townhouse, it was done quickly and professionally. Even though there were delays with the arrival time due to heavy traffic downtown Mike called me to let me know of the delays. I thought this was respectful and professional. It’s one of the few companies I dealt with lately that are highly committed to their customers and the quality of the experience they have with DrMark! Thank you for a great job! I have already recommended DrMark to two of my friends and will continue doing so. :)

Joe did a fabulous job in detecting the holes where the mice were coming through, but also putting a mesh around the entire area of the wall (including the closets) where there was a space between the wall and the floor to prevent further visits. In addition he installed boxes with poison in areas that could have been future entry points. Joe worked for over 3 hours in my house to complete the job. The fee I paid was well below the market. I understand that most pest control contractors would not even install a mesh. I've never seen a mouse in my house since the first visit. Joe just came by to check the boxes and everything was in order. I highly recommend his services. .

Michael got to my house and not only did he fix the leaking under the sink but he also helped fix other minor problems (faucet, soap dispenser, etc). Water works was the only company that picked up the phone and I can actutally talk to in the middle of the night when the leak occured. All others had answering machines. I highly recommend them for the quality of work and the dedication.
