DeMark Home Ontario

Our furnace gave up the ghost on December 17, 2019 and the DeMark name came up first when I google-searched and I am glad it did. You always wonder whether companies are Astroturfing their sites with positive reviews but I can assure you that I had no connection at all and in fact, had never even heard of DeMark before this week.

Mike (and Victoria, who I reached first) were great as were the guys who did the work. The price ($3,000+HST, so $3,390) was for a Goodman Model GMEC96, installed and with the old furnace removed. Not only did I find the price reasonable but there were NO add-ons, upsells or any other charges, plus it was arranged for the next morning after the evening on which our furnace died. Our house isn't big <1500 square feet, so you might need a bigger model if you have a significantly bigger house but it strikes me that this was a very reasonable overall cost and excellent service.

They installed a new tankless heater for my house. Service was impeccable and they did such a clean and professional job. Will refer to everyone. THANK YOU DEMARK HOME ONTARIO

Set up an appointment for replacement of our old water tank via Demark home website, so easy and convenient. New water heater was installed next day.

High Efficiency furnace installed for my family

Our furnace died on saturday and unfortunately with our spring weather we couldn`t stay without heat. I was looking through a variety of companies to replace our furnace but unfortunately all companies either wanted to do a credit check or were closed on saturday. I was so happy to find demark home ontario. They offered us rent to own program without a credit check. Installation team was so helpful and finished job in 4 hours. I am very happy with the service, installation and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We asked for a replacement of our 27 year old leaking water heater.
Service guys were next day at the site and did a good job.
Mike called me that evening to ask how things went.
I assured him that I was happy with the installation and will highly
recommend DeMark Home Ontario and use them again.

I have been looking where to purchase a water heater and or to rent one, alot of companies seem shady in respect to the warranty service. I found Demark to be upfront and sent an email in detail as to what they cover warranty wise. They even installed the unit the next day which is great, no waiting. I was pleased with the service for sure.
