Fixed the gas valve on my hot water tank, fixed a leak in a toilet drain caused by a DIY error and helped me with a broken toilet! Very knowledgeable, courteous and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

We had Maris at our house a couple times in the last couple weeks to repair or replace a few items in our home. He was able to identify a number of potential solutions for us and provided us with the pros and cons of each. Maris was very punctual - he showed up when he said he would and finished the job when he advised he would. Overall we were very happy with our service, and I will be adding Bekmar/Maris to my list of contractors to use again.

Pressure from my hot water tank was gradually getting worse - particularly noticeable in shower. Engineer replaced the outlet pipe, I was amazed at how badly furred up the old pipe was!! Hot water now flowing again very nicely. I hadn't realized how bad it had become. Engineer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

Have an older bungalow as a rental property. 2 old cast iron drains closed up.....in 2 separate occasions. 1st time Will stayed late after hours to finish the job. 2nd time just as satisfied as the first time. Each time fixed less than 24hrs. Fast, professional, thorough service. Thanks Will.

We were looking for a plumber to do our bathroom renovations and saw Belmar listed in a BBB site, so decided to take a chance on them. Our initial dealings with them were not good, newly hired plumber was not very concientious and work was unacceptable. Belmar replaced this plumber and corrected his shoddy work without any additional cost. New plumber was much, much better and did a very good job. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Double checked all his work to ensure everything was in good working order. Office staff were also very helpful and accommodating, trying to schedule work times that fit our schedule as best they could.

Our home was built in 1987 with Poly-B piping installed for the water lines. To avoid unexpected leaks (we'd had 3 small ones)and the associated damage, we decided to replace all the lines. After getting 2 quotes, we decided to go with Bekmar Plumbing and Heating.

The quote was detailed and complete and the final price was exactly what was quoted. Their whole approach and the staff who did the work were professional but friendly and went out of their way to keep our inconvenience to a minimum. The job took 4 days but they ensured we had water each night and any dust and debris was cleaned up at the end of the day.

They did a great job of cutting holes in neat squares with margins near the studs making repair much easier for the drywallers and less expensive for us which was really appreciated.

We did have one leak the day after they'd finished but they came within half an hour to fix it and double-checked all of the other fixtures at the same time.

There were a couple of times where they were missing some piece of equipment but they retrieved it over their lunch hour so minimal delay and problem solved.

Bekmar and their staff really impressed us. The whole process went much more smoothly than I anticipated. They will be our go-to company if we have plumbing work in future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience with Bekmar Plumbing from start to finish. Booking was easy and they arrived right on time. The Plumber who came out to us was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough (which was great as he caught an unrelated but important plumbing error my father in law had done earlier this year). He walked my not very handy husband through all of his completed work so it was very clear to us what the issues and solutions were. We won't hesitate to call Bekmar plumbing again, although they did such a good job we might not have to!

I have hired Bekmar for a variety of plumbing and heating projects (new toilets, new bathroom faucets, new zone valve etc.) over the years for both my house and downtown high rise condo. Most recently I hired Bekmar to install central A/C in my house. The project was a complete success. Bekmar provided me with a quote upfront, I was satisfied with the $ as it was competitive to other plumbing/heating companies' quotes. They completed the project ahead of schedule and my final cost was exactly the same as their quote. The Bekmar ppl were professional and courteous. Once the project was complete, they took the time to walk me through their installation step by step so I could fully understand what the project consisted of. Their quality of work is top notch, I would highly recommend Bekmar!
