Piper Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Poor quality workmanship. Staff was friendly but in the end they didn't know what they were doing. Damaged my personal property and never came back to repair it after David said he would. Over priced for the quality and knowledge required for the job. Left the drain line out from my dishwasher in the basement and I came home to a wet basement after running dishwasher. Fittings left loose and fallen off so I had to fix it myself. They rushed the job without doing it properly. I Wouldn't hire these guys again. Poor quality workmanship!!

2 weeks ago I called Piper Plumbing to fix my 2 story leaky toilet that was damaging the ceiling below it. Plumber (Cody) comes by, removes the toilet & shows me what a rotten mess was under to toilet. Cody clean things up , replaces a brass ring that hold the toilet to the floor & a wax ring. Charges me $300. Then I discover the toilet won't even flush now, which NEVER was a problem before.
Call the plumber back to complain. Two days later 2 plumbers come back( an hour late). Cody & a man name Joe. They can't figure out why the toilet won't flush . Said they would come back in a few days & tear the ceiling down to replace the toilet flange. After doing research I discover that the flange could have been replace on the first visit when Cody had the toilet apart. So why didn't he replace the flange the first time. Now they quoted me another $600 to replace the flange.
I complained to the owner. Owner (Dave )shows up at my door unannounced to see the issue. Dave starts to get nasty & starts accusing us of plugging up our own toilet. Then makes excuses about the toilet being old . Then Dave starts throwing personal insults at me. So I had to throw him out of my house as he's still insulting me.
Now I still have a leaky toilet plus a toilet that won't flush!
DON'T USE THESE PLUMBERS EVER!!

My sump pump died and my basement flooded. I called Piper Plumbing in the morning and they were able to come the same day. Justin came and installed a new sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite and explained everything as he was working as well as answer any questions i had. I also had a problem with my toilet and Justin was able to fix that for me as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave came very quickly to estimate the cost for our plumbing needs. He was vert knowledgeable on what needed to be done. The crew ( Justin, Dorian, and Steve ) came in and moved our main plumbing stack, installed a backwater valve, roughed in a basement bathroom, plumbed the new kitchen + more. All jobs were done with the highest level of professionalism. The crew was quick, efficient, polite, and clean. We would HIGHLY recommend Piper to anyone and will be using the fellows again for our main floor bathroom reno down the road.

Piper Plumbing has done three separate jobs for my home. Justin and Steve are excellent,professional,knowledgeable and friendly. The hot water tank was installed and the old one removed quickly. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Justin and Steve.

Had a sewer backup, phoned Piper Plumbing and two service people came within two hours of the call. They were clean, polite and personable. The service was completed quickly and the service people cleaned up after themselves. I will use this company again and would recommend their service to others.

Piper came quickly to clear a slow feed line. They replaced the old and now illegal lines, but I also had them install a new heater and rebuild the piping all the way upstream of the heater. Dorian discovered a failing drainpipe and came back the next day to fix. Good job, which renews my confidence in staying in this century-old house.

Very nice young man, David, was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job! I had used Piper Plumbing before and was pleased again - the person on the telephone was nice- everything was booked really easily and they phoned before they came. Very Stress free.
