Aire Serv Of Caledon King

I have been using Rankin HVAC for my plant for over 15 years now. Glenn Ranking runs Aire Service as well. We have had him maintaining our home heating for some time. We have a service plan that include a twice a year visit, today he replaced our thermostat. He has a great work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our expectations for our upcoming installation matched the "high quality" expectations laid out in the sales call. Glenn had a clear presentation of the product, options and service in his presentation. Karen and others were efficient in responding to calls and scheduling. The company definitely shows preparation and care in their work. The installation crew were knowledgeable and competent which made us feel confident in their workmanship. We would recommend Aire Serv to our friends and neighbours.

I saw an ad in the paper for them. I called and one of his guys came out. The service was good. They always answer their calls. One time on a long weekend our air conditioner stopped working, Glenn came out himself and fixed it for us. The charge was reasonable. I have used them several times and have referred them to others.

Glenn was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Exceptional Customer service. Every question I had was answered and additional information over and above the questions I asked was provided. I would trust my HVAC service needs with this company again. I truly enjoyed and valued the professional customer service.

Glenn at Aire Serv of Caledon King has been maintaining our boiler system for the past two years. He is efficient, knowledgeable, very pleasant, and provides clear explanations of what is going on. It is great to have someone, in whom I have confidence, that will do the right job for a fair price.

I want to thank Glenn and Karen Rankin for the excellent service. From the first telephone call to the air conditioning and furnace service we and our home were treated with respect. Glenn is a professional who really knows his stuff. He arrived at our door at the appointed time, took care of our air conditioning unit in the spring and just yesterday serviced our furnace for winter. He also gave us some advice regarding our equipment which my husband says he is going to seriously consider. We were the new owners of an old home, facing our first summer in this home. The air conditioning unit was not new but had functioned well until for the first 2 weeks of usage. The real heat hit (as short as that was this past summer) and of course, our AC unit died. As a teacher working in an un-airconditioned school, I really look forward to returning to a cool home at the end of the day.

One call to Aire Serv of Caledon was all we needed! We were fully expecting to hear that the entire unit was needing to be replaced but that was not the case at all. A single part was found to be at fault and needed to be replaced. They didn't have one in stock but promptly ordered one and returned within 2 hours to install the new piece!! A huge downpour was occurring and I encouraged the workers to wait inside while it passed by but they declined and worked outside in the pouring rain. My husband and I were very impressed with the quick, efficient and delightfully polite service we received.
Interestingly enough, a co-worker at school had her AC unit break down several days before mine and she waited 4 days longer to have another service company come out to repair hers. Not pleasant in the 43 degree weather! Yeah Aire Serv for quick service!

When the AC unit does finally need replacing we certainly know who we will be calling!

Many tradespeople and services have come and gone through my home. Aire Serv is a keeper. Which is why I want to take a moment to say thank you to Aire Serv not only for their prompt and reliable service but for their professionalism and respect for me and my home.

Glenn and Blake made such a wonderful impression before they even walked through the door (shoe mat and boot covers? Nice!) Professional, patient, and efficient early birds. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and why. I'm very, very happy with the overall experience. Thank you guys.

We have had a maintenance plan with Aire Serv since October of 2012. The service technicians are always on time, are very courteous and suggest preventative maintenance tips at the seasonal inspections which they schedule at my convenience. I am confident that their level of maintenance is adding to the life of our equipment! I would highly recommend this company to maintain or service your equipment.
