Service price includes verification of the AC unit in the Spring. Glenn took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, made sure I understood the work and also asked if I had any questions. I benefited by learning how to save money on heating costs and by becoming a maintenance member I will save money on any repairs that may be required. Very friendly service.

Glenn came out on a Friday night and on time just as promised, and on a long weekend. He offered solutions and didnt quit until it was fixed. The unit is older and he took the time to explain the benefits of newer technology, but suggested to move to it when it was time, no pressure tactics. very professional, and courteous. After 24 years of loyal service, my AC unit broke and it had to be replaced. After checking BBB, I contacted Airserv Caledon to come and provide me a quote. Glenn, the owner arrived on time and was extremely professional. After looking at old unit, he gave me great advice about which unit met my needs and answered all my questions. When I decided to proceed, I called and talked with Mike even more questions about how the new unit would be installed and how it would perform. Within 2 days, Mike arrived to install the unit. Drop cloths were placed in my home to keep it clean, and all the parts of the old unit were taken away. They even re-leveled the patio stone the external unit sat on! It is a pleasure to work with a company where customer service is a reality not an empty promise.
