The workers that came here on two different occasions were polite, professional and got the job done.

This was my second time receiving service from Aire Serv Caledon-King to replace a blower fan motor in my HVAC unit. Once again I was very pleased with the customer service, expertise and professionalism that the HVAC technicians displayed in diagnosing and replacing the unit. They are very knowledgable and are quite happy to answer any question you have. Other than a minor billing issue I experienced, that was eventually resolved, the HVAC service was exceptional and met my expectations. Thanks Blake, Andrew & Sam!

My 82-year-old dad had been suffering with a non-functioning air conditioner for two days when I finally called Aire Serve. It was Friday evening so I was not expecting any miracles.... Andrew, the Aire Serve technician called me back almost immediately and not only did he come out and quickly diagnose and correct the problem, he was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to re-arrange his schedule so he could meet my elderly father's time constraints. He was efficient, courteous and extremely professional. He even went the extra mile to put a follow-up call into me the next day to make sure the unit was working properly and everything was ok. I would definitely recommend Aire Serve of Caledon King to anyone who requires air conditioning repair or service!

Professional and courteous service. Third time using this company. Same technician, Rob, very thorough and took time to explain operating systems. Last call was for furnace repair and subsequent cleaning last winter. Impressive response time in that case with same day service. I would recommend.

We have been Aire Serv customers for about three years now. We like them so much that we signed on with the annual service plan. Glen and Karen Rankin care about us as their customers and treat us and our home with great respect. Karen always sends reminders so that we are kept on schedule with our annual maintenance. Glen and his service guys have always kept their appointments on time, gone above and beyond the call by giving us pointers and that little bit extra and left our home as clean as they found it. I would say that Aire Serv has continued to exceed all of our expectations and we renewed our maintenance agreement for the third year.

Someone was at my house within hours of calling with a furnace issue. Options and the pros and cons to option(s) were explained prior to deciding how to fix the problem. Aire Serv provides timeliness, honesty, and reliability every time. Always excellent customer service. Will continue to choose Aire Serv for future needs.

My gas meter was recently replaced. I called Karen for a furnace check and service after the meter was installed. The service was done on the afternoon of the same day of the replacement! Great professional and friendly service as always. All recommendations were explained fully and questions answered to my satisfaction. Rob is a very professional and outstandingly pleasant technician.
