We selected Sky Kitchen Cabinets to build our basement kitchen cabinets and counter top. We met and dealt with Binder for our kitchen pricing, build and installation. He was very customer service driven and we appreciated his expertise and suggestions on our kitchen design. At the time of our contract signing we were told any kitchen installation delays we may experience would be limited to a day within our agreed upon installation date. The start of our kitchen installation was delayed by over a week. We were not very pleased about this outcome but Binder explained the reasons to us and made some concessions which we appreciated. The Sky Kitchen cabinet installers were very professional, customer service oriented and displayed great skill and work ethic. The quality of the kitchen cabinets were spectacular and we were more than pleased on the look, design and installation. Next was the Kitchen counter top installation which we did not have a great consumer experience with. Sky Kitchen used a subcontractor KStone for our quartz kitchen counter top manufacture and installation. We had to wait another week for the counter top installation. When they arrived with the counter top their measurements were off by almost 2 inches! The installers were definitely not customer friendly and even ignored us when we were asking questions about the product and installation. We did not feel like valued customers but rather like a nuisance to these installers. We discussed our issues with Binder who understood and made additional concessions for this huge error. Needless to say this left a very sour taste in our mouth for our complete Sky Kitchen cabinet experience. Overall Sky Kitchen Cabinets was a good company to deal with that has competitive pricing coupled with good customer service and good quality kitchen cabinets, however we were not pleased with the subcontractors they used for our kitchen counter top installation, and really reflected poorly on the total Sky Kitchen Cabinets experience.

This was my second time receiving service from Aire Serv Caledon-King to replace a blower fan motor in my HVAC unit. Once again I was very pleased with the customer service, expertise and professionalism that the HVAC technicians displayed in diagnosing and replacing the unit. They are very knowledgable and are quite happy to answer any question you have. Other than a minor billing issue I experienced, that was eventually resolved, the HVAC service was exceptional and met my expectations. Thanks Blake, Andrew & Sam!

We went from being skeptical in the beginning about whether a basement can be completed in 2 weeks, to being converted believers! Finished Basement.ca delivered on its promise without sacrificing in quality or workmanship. The review we are giving is an account of the "cradle to grave" process through which we experienced in our basement renovation project, which we can honestly say surpassed our expectations and left a permanent smile on our faces when completed. INITIAL QUOTE PROCESS- Vitaliy visited us at our home. He was on time for our quote. He provided well thought out suggestions and ideas for our basement renovation as well as any drawbacks to ideas we had. His expertise and honesty was a breath of fresh air that we did not experience with other contractors who bid for our project. He provided us a quote and also mentioned ares that may potentially increase the cost. PRICING & CONTRACT- Vitality sat down with us and went through the detailed pricing and contract with us and answered all our questions. Have this pricing contract with all the related costs of services was useful as a reference guide as my wife and I used it to determine whether additional work would be within our budget or not. DESIGN & MEASUREMENTS- Igor visited us at our home to map out our basement design and layout. He is a wonderfully skilled and personable individual. He provided further suggestions and ideas that were much appreciated. MATERIAL SELECTION- We met with Natalie at the Finished Basement.ca office. What can we say about her, other than having a great eye and ability to articulate design colors and materials to fit our wants was second to none. Her suggestions were spot on and her professionalism was very much appreciated. PLUMBING WORK- Uriy came to our home to start the plumbing rough ins for our washroom and kitchen. What a pleasure to have this plumbing expert work on our basement. His workmanship was impecable, neat and you could tell he completed the work as if it were his own home. ELECTRICIAN- Met with Igor and he took us through step by step the electrical components and work to be completed. We were satisfied with this process. FRAMING & DRYWALL TEAM- Vladimr and his crew were amazing! The amount of work they completed and the quality was unbelievable. You honestly could tell these professionals took pride in their work and it showed. They were very respectful of our property and us and conducted themselves in that manner. TAPING DRYWALL- Alex was the professional who taped and sanded our drywall! What else can I say. The skill he has in the work he does was unbelievable. I feel as though a major component of a good quality basement is the type of taping work done on the drywall. Alex did not disappoint. He worked long hours to ensure our job was done in the time allotted and workmanship was not sacrificed one bit. FINISHING TEAM- Vitaliy and his team exceeded every expectation my wife and I had. When we saw the finished product of our completed basement our jaws were on the ground. Again another work team that impressed us in their skills, workmanship and work ethic. Needless to say we were thoroughly pleased with Finished basement.ca once our basement was completed. If you are looking for promises to be kept, a consistent work ethic, professionalism and skill level across all work teams and a quality finished basement, you need look no further than this company.

Enjoyed the experience of installing 2 new garage doors with this company. Right from the beginning they answered all questions and was willing to work with my budget. They provided good advice on selection of garage doors etc. The installation process was exceptional and professional. Great products, service and work.

I contacted this company to relocate my water softner to another location in my basement approx 12 feet away. When I spoke to the customer service rep I explained that I wanted to move the water softener approx 12 feet away from where it was and that it would require some additional pex piping. When I asked for a approx cost he stated around $130 plus around $10 extra for parts plus tax so I give or take $20 I was expecting to pay about $150 to $165 including tax. The job ended costing me $253 which was significantly higher than I expected. I was pleased with the work performed by their plumber so no issue there. I think Manax has to be better at providing better cost quotes to its customers to avoid these types of surprises that can leave a bitter taste in your mouth after the service is performed.

Glenn was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Exceptional Customer service. Every question I had was answered and additional information over and above the questions I asked was provided. I would trust my HVAC service needs with this company again. I truly enjoyed and valued the professional customer service.
