This company was referred to me by a friend. I needed to install a 'Back Water Valve'. They were prompt in returning my call; on time for their scheduled appointment. Being a female home owner the men usually speak to me in a different manner and don't have much patience on my questions, so that I can better understand the work, however this representative did and I was very pleased. A work date was booked, it would take two days. They were on time both days. They left my place tidy, almost like it wasn't touched. Gret going Master Drain& Water Works!

Our 90 yr old Toronto home had old ceramic drainpipes that backed up thx to tree roots in front yard. Master drain quickly responded to our call for an estimate & started next business day handling all permit & rebate forms with the city. Job was done in 5 days, with clean up. Hardworking crew, no issues while on our property & were great with our dogs too! We were impressed with their professionalism. 10 stars! Gonna ask home insurance co. for discount now that we have the backwater valve ?

We have been living in this house for over 16 years. The house is almost 100 years old, so are drains and pipes, so it seems. There is always (at least once or twice a year) a problem with drain backup.
A week ago when two basement toilets backed up again, my husband called Master Drain and Water Works. The response was immediate. The plumber (Vladimir) showed up within an hour or so, assessed the problem, fixed it very quickly and left the place clean as new. He even took time to explain very thoroughly what the problem was. The price for the service was very reasonable, the plumber extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend their service to anybody.

They did a good job on the site. Everything was cleaned after the work was completed. Would definitely give them a call if i have to do some other work around the house.
