We recently bought a house in the High Park North area and wanted to add a sump pump. We already had a sump pump pit (with water in it) but no pump installed and no proper discharge line. Master Drain & Water Works did a great job. They were meticulous, transparent, and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the service and our interactions with this company. The old water line was changed to 1" line to meet City water service pipe. All workers & owner were very pleasant to deal with, quick & thorough job and left the property clean of any debris.

Vitaliy was prompt in responding to my initial request for a drain camera inspection and provided a more reasonable quote to do the camera inspection than others that I had contacted. He arrived on time and identified a tree root had grown into the clay pipe for the main drain. He provided a quote and came and did the job as scheduled, which involved excavation on the front lawn.

He was very responsive to my questions when I called or texted him. He was honest and fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I will be calling him if I have any other plumbing issues in the future. Thank you again Vitaliy!

Vitaly's team came without delay. Determined issue promptly. They worked tirelessly and efficiently. They were extremely considerate, clean, neat and came with own tools!! Removed debris. Replaced clay pipes with PVC. Fixed previous contractors errors. They contacted the city inspectors to inspect backwater valve. Supplied forms for rebate with appropriate stamps etc in place. I would have absolutely no problems with referring these chaps.

I have used Vitaliy's services twice, once to install a sewage backup valve with back-up sump pump, and again to waterproof and lay weeping tiles along a very old wall under a long porch that created an almost inaccessible working space. In each case the work was done promptly, on time, professionally and at a reasonable price. Vitaliy is a perfect gentleman and a trust worthy businessman who automatically not only gives you all the information you need up-front and does a terrific job but also organizes permits and government incentives.
