I never post on the internet, but really felt Vitaliy's work and diligence deserves recognition. He not only taught me on what the issue was, but explained to me exactly what needs to happen, the materials and labour involved. He was able to deconstruct a complex situation and help me feel welcome with my questions. After we agreed on a price and time, he delivered on time and on budget.
I am very fortunate to have met Vitaliy and certainly plan on using him again for my other home needs.
His work deserves more the 10 stars!
