Mark has done so much work for us! Bath shower tile and heated tile floor, 2nd bath heated tile floor, kitchen backsplash and kitchen heated slate floor, entry slate floor, hardwood living and dining room, and now finally our basement - laminate and vinyl tile.

We've asked Mark back for these all these jobs because his work is impeccable. He's definitely a perfectionist. He always leaves the job site clean. His work ethic is beyond expectations.

Mark deserves 15 out of 10 stars! Not only did he do a professional tiling job, he outdid himself and fixed many small things in the bathroom that were sure not in the contract. Outstanding. What a pro and what a decent man. Hire this guy. Best decision you can make.

Actually, the amount I have put above is just a really wild guess. Mark did my whole house except for the bathrooms last summer before I moved in. Hardwood and tiles replaced the existing broadloom. We had a couple meetings at the house, and I came down weekends to check on the work in progress, but mostly he was left alone to get the job done. It was done well, on time and within budget. I like my floors and thanks Mark for being polite, professional and getting the job done while I was dealing with other things.

The workmanship was superb in our master ensuite and kitchen backsplash! And we have had several comments on everything. Mark was so patient with me as I wanted certain floor and wall tiles placed in our line of vision in our ensuite. The final outcome was stunning. I have benefitted from Mark's expertise in my last 2 homes. I have my own decorating business and as you can imagine am very particular about all aspects of flooring and tiling. Its the "make it or break it" feature of any renovation. In our current home we went with a very dark exotic hardwood throughout, dark brown tiles in the kitchen, dark taupe tiles and mosaics in the bathroom. Very challenging choices for sure.
