We first hired Concord to do our basement flooring and they did a great job so we hired them for our kitchen renovation. We were on a tight schedule and Zaki and company were able to replace the tile, remove a wall, provide new kitchen cabinetry and island, and paint in four weeks! His crews worked weekends and evenings to meet the deadline (which they did) and delivered us great looking kitchen on a very reasonable budget.

Zaki and his team did amazing job on changing the flooring of my place. The price was very reasonable. They provided all the documentations required by the management of Condominium. Very professional and detail oriented work done by them.

Zaki is the man. He and his team are top notch and work extremely hard. We had a sizable project to replace flooring on both floors of the home, install new stairs, as well as remove a wall which require a great deal of extra work, problem solving, and attention to detail. Zaki and his team started promptly and finished up the project within nothing short of an impressive time frame. It was a pleasure to have Zaki and his team tackle this project in our new home. I had some damaged boards of engineered hardwood in my kitchen. I had difficulty finding someone to repair but Concord Reno stepped up and repaired my floor. It was not an easy task but Zaki and Mohamed removed the damaged boards and replaced them. They had attention to detail and were very professional.
