I have been using furnace & A/C direct for the past 3 years.. I have always found them to be respectful, caring & knowledgeable.I don’t feel that their technicians have ever tried to talk me into additional services even though my unit is 18 years old.He did recommend but didn’t force me to go for the replacement. I once had an emergency situation, when my Furnace was giving trouble.That’s when I realized how prompt furnace & A/C directs response was. I will always remember the young man named Arthur who came at my house late in the evening on the coldest night of the year to fix my furnace. I have found great peace of mind with their services.

My furnace broke down few days ago, just when I had a new born baby in my home. My HVAC system was so old and I needed to replace it. Customer representative who scheduled the appointment was very professional and worked around my schedule. The original schedule had to be cancelled and postponed due to the birth of my child. Greg and Fred were the installers who came and did the installation and they were outstanding. They were considerate and quite concious of the newborn in the house and did everything possible to keep us in the loop to what was going on with the installation. He gave me very reasonable quotes for Lennox SLP98V Furnace with 10 years Parts & Labor warranty.
