My furnace broke down few days ago, just when I had a new born baby in my home. My HVAC system was so old and I needed to replace it. Customer representative who scheduled the appointment was very professional and worked around my schedule. The original schedule had to be cancelled and postponed due to the birth of my child. Greg and Fred were the installers who came and did the installation and they were outstanding. They were considerate and quite concious of the newborn in the house and did everything possible to keep us in the loop to what was going on with the installation.
