Our Air Conditioner was not cooling good. Beside that we were not getting air in our second floor. We called furnace and AC direct for the service of the Air conditioner. Technician Aurther came to our home for the service. After the service our AC is cooling good. He did a good job. We will recommend them to all our friend for AC service.

My furnace was cleaned by furnace and ac direct last week. Technician Arthur came to our house and finished the cleaning in one hour. Very nice and professional work. I would use them again because of there good work.

It had been almost 3 years since we had our ducts cleaned so i made up my mind to go for a professional duct cleaning service and i was quite concerned about finding some duct cleaning certified company because i had been through some bad quality duct cleaning services in the past and didn’t wanna take any chances this time.A friend of mine recommended me to call in Furnace and A/C Direct to do the job and i did.One of their duct cleaners named Ahmad came to do the duct cleaning.One thing that i would like to mention here is that Ahmad came on time which was quite unordinary and did the duct cleaning which i consider as a very good job without creating too much mess. I have an old mid efficient furnace that stopped working suddenly last Friday.One of my friends recommended me to contact Furnace and A/C Direct and i then called this company to book an appointment for having my furnace checked.The technician Arthur visited me for furnace diagnose.Arthur was quite professional and friendly.He told me that the furnace's blower motor needed to be replaced and also assured me that he could order the blower motor for me.Well i agreed and he ordered the blower motor for me and to my surprise replaced the motor the very next morning.I must say that these people are very good at providing the HVAC services and would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We bought a house in summer. When the winter started we started to feel very dry in the house. My kids were also feeling dryness in the house.
