NEW Furnace & their Protection Plan

Our new furnace was installed in 2009 & since then we have been part of the Dunrite Family! The Protection Plan which we chose because it was a better value than the one we had from our gas company and the Dunrite technicians were far superior!
The Dunrite Team have been in charge of maintaining our furnace-A/C-gas fireplaces & we even used their services for our duct cleaning.
From the minute you call their office until the work has been completed, you know you have chosen the right Company!

Replacement of Thermostat

We replaced our furnace through this company 2 years ago but have had an unhappy experience with the thermostat supplied by the manufacturer which did not have a battery backup. Consequently, the settings of the thermostat were constantly skewed every time there was a power blip. The Air Quality technician who delivered our furnace filters recommended we contact Adam who walked us through several options. He followed up with the manufacturer and confirmed that we were eligible for a replacement and updated thermostat at no additional cost to us. The installer arrived on time and quickly replaced the faulty thermostat. He showed us how to program it which is fairly intuitive. We are quite pleased with the service we received.

Annual service of air conditioning equipment, and washing of compressor. Queried the removal of the black ABS piping to the newer white ABC piping ? He stated that the black ABS pipes were standard when the HVAC equipment was installed.

But your unit is likely working well with your existing venting. If any pipe is sagging or shows signs of deterioration, consideration should be given to replacement.
