Air Quality Dunrite

We had a ductless air conditioning system installed in June 2016. Air Quality Dunrite was referred to us by my parents who have used them for many years. The rep, Adam Saunders, who came by to provide our free estimate was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly – went through all of the options, answered our endless questions on the day he visited our home and afterwards via email. His replies were always timely. The system was installed by three young men, unfortunately I don’t recall their names, but they were also very friendly and thorough, reviewed with us where the systems were to be installed and then completed the work in one day to all our specifications and cleaned up completely before leaving. Air Quality Dunrite offers very competitive pricing and warranties and we are extremely happy with the Daikin system that we selected. Thank you Air Quality Dunrite, it so refreshing to be able to hire a service provider who not only offers quality products at a competitive price, but friendly and exacting service at the same time.

We have a yearly contract with AQD to service both units. The heating portion is done usually late Dec and the technician comes back to check out the A/C during the cooling season, usually May/June. A report is given for each visit. We have done this since we had the new unit installed in Spring of 2008.
We are very happy with the service provided by them. When we have had an emergency situation it has dealt with in a timely manner.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Cost below was for items not covered by the contract.

Service was excellent. Installation crew was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company.

Work was done quietly and efficiently. Have used them regularly for annual AC & Furnace inspections / repairs.

The office is always very polite and courteous when calling to book appointments. The service people are also, always polite, very conscientious about wearing booties over their work boots, and go about their work diligently. It is such a pleasure dealing with a company that gets customer service. It is so rare to find such exceptional service these days. I would highly recommend this company.
