We replaced our furnace through this company 2 years ago but have had an unhappy experience with the thermostat supplied by the manufacturer which did not have a battery backup. Consequently, the settings of the thermostat were constantly skewed every time there was a power blip. The Air Quality technician who delivered our furnace filters recommended we contact Adam who walked us through several options. He followed up with the manufacturer and confirmed that we were eligible for a replacement and updated thermostat at no additional cost to us. The installer arrived on time and quickly replaced the faulty thermostat. He showed us how to program it which is fairly intuitive. We are quite pleased with the service we received.
