Waterman

I was told by another drain company that I required a new drain to replace my broken ceramic tile drain. I received a quote from them . My friend told me about the great service/work he had done by Waterman in the past. I called them and they saw my house, gave me a quote within a few hours. They presented other options that the first company didnt and their price was very competitive. The installer (Yakov) was very knowledgeable and did a quick and clean job. They were done in 2 days!!! Steve was professional and very helpful. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that requires drain work Two thumbs up!!

A week before Christmas sewage backed up in our basement laundry room. We got in touch with Steve and he came out first thing Saturday to diagnose the cause of our problem. He used a fibre optic camera to show me that tree roots were all up in our old clay pipes and effectively blocking waste from exiting our house's sanitary line. Not a huge surprise for us as we live in a neighbourhood in Old Toronto that's over a 100 and all of our neighbours have had similar issues. However, we were 6 days from hosting our family's Christmas dinner, and worried how 15 people using the washroom would contribute to our sewage back-up problem.

Steve said it wouldn't be an issue as his crew would have it fixed by Christmas Eve. The Waterman crew started promptly Sunday morning, and finished on the Wednesday. They changed out all of our old clay pipes, installed a sump pipe, backwater valve, severed and capped off our weeping tile connection, and put a new drain in for us in our furnace room next to our water heater.

All the while, Steve was quick to respond to me and answer any questions I had, explaining everything multiple times so that I could understand. They quickly arranged all the permits and prepared the rebate forms for us. Jakob and Myron, our plumbing crew were extremely punctual - on the first day they arrived 20 mins ahead of time and waited in their van until the appointment time - and very polite.

I am absolutely flabbergasted by the amount of work his crew undertook and accomplished while completing it under his original time and cost estimate.

Steve and his crew quickly and cleanly removed our old slab, excavated and put in new stone, drains and concrete along with a sump pump and other plumbing work. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. The coordination with the above ground plumbing was a bit problematic but once done, was also of good quality. Would and have recommended these guys to friends and neighbors.

I had low water pressure in the house and heard flowing water in the basement drain. I found Waterman online and contacted them and a few other companies. After some research and verification through professionals, I had to replace a waterline from the city to me water metre ( I live in Brampton so it's my responsibility). A competitor was over priced for the same work and other companies just didn't possess the technology. Instead of trenching they were able to "torpedo" and minimize damage to my surface areas. Steve was able to offer a payment plan which helped me out. During the process, Steve and his crew were very professional. Although very busy, Steve was organized and quick to respond to my concerns and questions. When the work was completed, Steve followed up and asked how things were going. Over all, the work they did was great and the speed of completion was good. Thank you for everything.
