We called Mark about the crack in our furnace room, he showed up on time and assessed the crack, explained the process in detail with pictures and a video. We set a time for him to do the repair and again he showed up on time and did an excellent job. You wouldn't know someone had even worked down there except the crack is now fixed! Had some good rain a couple days ago and dry as a bone down there. Couldn't be happier! If you have a crack call Mark!

Mark was a very professional and showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. There was little to no mess and the work turned out great. We discovered a water leak in one of the storage rooms in the basement. After calling a few companies and getting quotes from $1400 to $10,000, I called Mark. He is the ultimate professional. He came over and the reviewed the leak. He was honest in explaining that the best fix by doing the excavation from outside but his method will also fix the problem and he guarantees his work. I was really impressed. He came over after boxing day and fixed the problem. He took his time and cleaned up after he was done. The storage room is bone dry now. After searching companies for foundation repairs and getting some quotes for outside repairs I was overwhelmed by the cost and related work that would need to be done (ie moving a shed, removal and repair of an aggregate walkway). I decided to search for more options. The companies who repair cracks from the outside told me inside repairs last "2-3 year", so I was skeptical that an inside repair would be sufficient. I can across Mark on Home Stars and saw how many great review he had, so I called him. Mark is super responsive, knowledgeable and honest. The 25 year warranty and reviews sold me on this process. The work was completed in a timely manner and as others have pointed out - they cleaned up beautifully when they were done. I will have to post a follow up once we have a snow melt to rate the repair itself.

We had a water leak in our basement , we thoroughly researched companies that offer water leak repair.
Most of the estimates were not in our budget, then we decided to do crack injection. One of the companies recommended Mark as he specialized with this kind of work. After contacting mark, he gave us a full detailed explanation about the crack and price (with 25 years written warranty). After fixing the crack Mark recommended to pour water after one week from outside to make sure the problem is fixed. Then we noticed another water leak, but this time was coming from a hidden small crack. After contacting Mark he came and fixed the hidden crack in short period of time. Mark recommended to pour water for the second time, and the same issue happened again. We’ve contacted Mark, but this time the crack was from outside, Mark arrived promptly and completed his job in a reasonable time.
Mark was very efficient and return our calls within 24 hours. We’ve offered to pay him more for the extra work he did, but he refused. He was very organized , tidy and very polite.

Mark recently sealed a crack in our foundation. We were extremely impressed by his professionalism and expertise.
