We discovered a water leak in one of the storage rooms in the basement. After calling a few companies and getting quotes from $1400 to $10,000, I called Mark. He is the ultimate professional. He came over and the reviewed the leak. He was honest in explaining that the best fix by doing the excavation from outside but his method will also fix the problem and he guarantees his work. I was really impressed. He came over after boxing day and fixed the problem. He took his time and cleaned up after he was done. The storage room is bone dry now. I highly recommend Mark for his professionalism and integrity.

Hi Ali. Thanks for the great review and I'm very happy you're satisfied with my work. With regards to what I said about exterior excavation vs my repair style of high pressure polyurethane injection is that they're the only two types of repair in my opinion that work. At the end of the day exterior repair is like a band-aid over a cut. As long as the band-aid stays intact it will protect the cut. High pressure injection actually fills in the crack, its much more cost effective and all backed by a 25 year transferable warranty.
