We initially contacted Mark from Aquadry Technologies after reviewing all the favourable comments regarding his company. Mark visited our home and took the time to explain his technique in detail. We felt quite confident in using this company as we were provided with a 25 year transferrable warranty on the work done. Mark is professional, punctual and went above and beyond our expectations. I called AAA Gates Wildlife Control on Aug.21,2013 because of a racoon problem and the company sent Justin to my house in Brampton the same day. What a relief! Justin was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and polite. We discussed preventative measures to ensure racoons won't become a problem again. I had the roof and plumbing vent mats screened. I contacted Ambia Windows and Doors to install seven windows (brick to brick) in my home. The installation was done on May 24, 2012. Michael, the salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite and professional in dealing with all my questions regarding the windows. The windows arrived in a timely fashion and Tony was always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose. I chose Ambia because they are a window wise dealer and employ certified window wise installers. Eugene and Vlad installed my windows and I couldn"t be happier. On the day of the installation, they arrived early and worked very hard ensuring the job was done perfectly. Eugene did an excellent job caulking my windows. As well, they did a superb job cleaning up the debris and covered my carpet and hardwood floors with tarps. Michael came by on the day of the installation to ensure quality service and did an excellent job of following up with a phone call the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to my family and friends because they care about customer satisfaction and deliver a superior product backed by a lifetime warranty.
