We had a crack on our basement wall that was allowing moisture to penetrate into our basement. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the crack ourselves, we thoroughly researched companies that offer crack repair. We received several quotes however felt most comfortable with Mark from AquaDry so we hired his company to perform the repair. Mark arrived on time and completed the work very quickly, cleanly, and professionally. After the job was completed, Mark informed us that if we had any questions or concerns then we could reach out to him at any point. He even contacted us after a period of time to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend AquaDry.

We had Tom inspect a home for my wife and I two years ago and were very impressed with his service. My brother just made an offer on a home so we turned to Tom again for a home inspection. As with the previous inspection, Tom showed up on time and conducted a very detailed inspection, pointing out all the deficiencies with the home. The report was once again very detailed and during the inspection Tom walked around explaining every detail of what he found and the inspection process. We opted for the upgraded inspection this time which included thermal imaging and this was well worth the additional cost since he noted several additional possible issues with the home that would not have been caught without the use of thermal imaging. We called Tom afterwards to ask him some follow up questions and his personal opinion regarding the house and the condition. Tom is an incredible home inspector, very detail oriented, extremely helpful, and very prompt. I would highly recommend Tom if you're looking for a home inspector.

We hired Junk Works to toss ancient furniture and other items from my father’s house after my dad was moved to a long term care facility (one of those crisis situations). Junk Works did an amazing job! They showed up on time and carefully removed everything from the house. Some of the furniture was quite cumbersome and heavy so I was expecting possibly at least some marks on the walls afterwards, but they did an amazing job and removed everything without leaving a single mark. The job was also completed very quickly. There was so much junk to toss that we were expecting the job to take a full day, but they managed to toss a house full of furniture and other junk from a three bedroom house in just 4 hours. The best inspector! We just had Tom inspect a house for us and couldn’t be happier with the level of service he provides, his knowledge, and expertise. This isn't our first home, but I’ve never been Mr. Handy. Tom offered many easy to follow tips we can follow to keep our home in excellent shape and ensure that no issues arise with our house in the future. He spent a great of time examining every detail of the home, and then explaining to us what he found, and why he came to certain conclusions and recommendations. We received the final inspection report the same day and found the final report to be extremely detailed. Thank you for doing such an amazing detailed job!
